Gloucestershire Wildlife Trust

We are passionate about lending a hand in our local communities, and get to take home knowledge and new skills. Our UK team recently got to learn all about woodland maintenance with Gloucestershire Wildlife Trust.

Wings for Life

You don’t have to be marathon-trained to take part in fundraising opportunities! From walking challenges to fun runs, we make sure everyone can be included. We annually participate in the global Wings for Life challenge.

AccXel Construction School

Our people’s know-how deserves to be shared, and their talents get to contribute to great initiatives. Through our partnership with AccXel Construction School we are delivering modules for the next generation of construction experts.

We also support

Christmas tree with gifts wrapped underneath

Every year we sign up with Des Mach Ma, who then place our volunteers with a range of charitable organisations for a day of volunteering. This ranges from clearing outdoor spaces to decorating inside communal spaces!

Roughly Munich Gift Rain in English, every festive period we participate in this initiative that allows our people to buy a gift for a vulnerable child, chosen by the child. Münchner Geschenkeregen then make sure this is delivered in time for the big day!

Hungry No More supports our Gloucester community with a food bank, supporting individuals and families in need. As well as collecting food to donate, we have also supported them by purchasing a refrigerator for their premises.

Gloucestershire’s official pride charity organise and support activities that celebrate the LGBTQ+ community through events and initiatives. We have sponsored Gloucester Pride, the largest pride celebration in Gloucestershire.
