Thinkproject´s General Terms & Conditions about the use of Thinkproject Services (“T&C”) describe the rights and responsibilities when using Thinkproject services. The T&C are incorporated into the contract between You and the Thinkproject entity named in the quote by reference and govern your access to and use of the services defined in the quote. The language version applies in which the respective Thinkproject quote is written. If no document is available in the language of the quote, the English version applies.
