Thinkproject welcomes hybrid working

The past 20 months has seen a huge transformation in ways of working across the world. We want to extend our thanks once again to all our staff who have contributed to our own ‘new normal’ as we transitioned very quickly to remote working during these highly stressful times.

After introducing and briefing our staff, we are now pleased to announce our new Hybrid First approach to working at Thinkproject, for every employee at every office.

At a glance

  • Unlimited flexibility
  • Reduced carbon emissions
  • Less commuting, more personal time

Hybrid first

Our staff now have unlimited flexibility to work remotely or in the office to fit a variety of different lifestyles. Our employees are our most important asset, and we understand that there is more to life than work. With our Hybrid First approach to working, we hope our staff have more time to do the things they love with the people that mean the most to them. Most importantly, this change in working style signifies the mutual trust between Thinkproject’s staff and management.

Wellbeing at the forefront

Wellbeing has been an important focus for us in our planning, and we will be continuing our Thinkproject Health Days and introducing increased mental health support for staff. With a variety of different ways to stay connected such as with our Women’s and LGBTQ+ networks, plus lunch & learn sessions and socials, we are offering more personal development time and different ways to meet and stay connected with colleagues across all our offices.
