Darren Roos and Constance Minc; Darren Roos becomes new Chairperson
New board additions to accelerate Thinkproject’s expansion and growth plans
Munich, 31st January 2024 – Thinkproject, Europe’s leading SaaS platform for digital construction and asset management solutions, announces the appointment of two highly seasoned executives and industry leaders to its Board. The non-executive appointments of Darren Roos and Constance Minc will accelerate the company’s international expansion and growth aspirations.
Darren Roos will assume the role of Chairperson of the Board at Thinkproject. Roos is a proven enterprise software leader with a track record for establishing and scaling enterprise software businesses. In his most recent post as IFS’s CEO, Roos transformed IFS into the fastest growing global enterprise software business that led to revenues tripling and customer satisfaction setting a new benchmark for the industry.
Prior to IFS, Roos served as President of SAP’s global ERP Cloud business, with prior roles as General Manager of Northern Europe and EMEA Chief Operating Officer for the company. Other previous positions include President of EMEA, APJ, LATAM at Software AG, during which time he also served on Software AG’s Group Executive Board.
In addition to his appointment as Thinkproject’s Chairperson, Roos is Chair of the Board at IFS, and also a non-executive Board director at Sitecore.
Roos will guide Thinkproject through its next phase of growth and help consolidate its product offering into a connected and fully digitised platform. With the fast pace and evolution of the industry, Thinkproject will be uniquely positioned to support the most progressive construction firms digitally transform and grow.
Constance Minc is currently the Group CFO at IGT1, the holding entity of IFS and WorkWave and, a non-executive board director at Septeo. Minc will join Thinkproject as a Board Member and take on the responsibility of Chair for the Audit Committee. Minc is well versed in defining and executing on financial strategies and optimizing shareholder interests having held the role of CFO for IFS from May 2019 to April 2023. Minc has over 12 years in investment banking at companies such as Barclays Capital, Macquarie Capital Advisers, and Lehman Brothers, and developed specific expertise in finance, corporate business development and capital management.
With a belief for transparency across administrative and financial operations, she generates value and stimulates the kind of harmony that stimulates efficiency.
The newly formed Thinkproject Board of Directors will support Thinkproject CEO, Renzo Taal, with strategic guidance and counsel to ensure the company’s continued success in the competitive field of digital construction and project management solutions.

Thomas Bachmaier: Founder of Thinkproject, providing entrepreneurial spirit and industry knowledge.
Sean Flaherty: Independent board member with experience in the construction and asset management software industry, with a focus on technology and innovation.
Michael Ouissi: Go to Market and commercial excellence expert – Group COO at lGT1 the holding entity of IFS and WorkWave where he works alongside both Darren Roos and Constance Minc.
Johannes Reichel: Partner at EQT, bringing expertise in private equity and investment strategy.
Stefan Dandl: Director at TA Associates, contributing financial acumen and investment experience.
